Job summary

iA American Warranty LP, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with technical delivery teams in a hybrid work setting.

You will lead requirements gathering, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support Agile delivery across the project lifecycle. A minimum of 5 years in business analysis or IT delivery is expected.

• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or IT delivery.

• Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Lead requirements gathering and translates business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyzes business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, automation opportunities, and improvements that deliver measurable business value.

• Demonstrates strong experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments
