Job summary

iA American Warranty Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria while supporting Agile delivery across the project lifecycle. You will analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and help optimize workflows to deliver measurable business value.

• Experience leading requirements gathering and translating needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Proven ability to support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and tracking requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and automation opportunities.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders at all levels to drive outcomes.
