Job summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR subsidiary, seeks an engineer to resolve top warranty issues through design validation and production implementation at the Denton plant in Texas. You will identify root causes, take concepts from design to production, and communicate with internal and external customers.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Creo and Windchill, strong problem-solving, and willing to travel up to 10% are

Requisition Summary

This position will be responsible for resolving top Peterbilt warranty issues with innovative solutions through engineering design, validation, and production implementation at the Peterbilt plant in Denton, Texas and all other applicable PACCAR North America plants. Additional tasks include applying standard engineering techniques with minimal supervision, occasionally requiring independent evaluation. Hiring level for this position will be dependent upon education and experience.

• Act in a professional manner in all contacts with external and internal customers
• Up to 10% travel can be expected

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical, or related degree field
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
