Daily duties include answering calls and emails, handling Zendesk tickets, entering customer information, and coordinating with production. Strong English, organization, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED equivalent suggested.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Strong communication skills: Communicating effectively with others to help identify and resolve any needs of the customer & partners.
• Excellent organizational and record keeping skills are critical.
• Proficient computers skills
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone and emails inquiries for warranty department.
• Answer Zendesk ticket inquiries within KPI expectations.
• Open warranty packages from customer.
• Input warranty customer information into Zendesk upon receiving.
• Editing of Hardcopies for production team to receive.
• Monitoring of repair matrix locations.
• Data entry for rings needing repair.
• Data entry for rings needing to be remade.
