Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks such as injection, polishing, stone setting, plating, or inspection per SOPs.
• Ensure products meet quality standards with careful handling and attention to detail.
• Record production information in company systems.
• Maintain clean work area following 5S and lean practices.
• Report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns to a supervisor.
• Assist in cross-training and support other production areas as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
