Job summary

Day’s Jewelers in Manchester, NH seeks a Jewelry Service Consultant to support sales and service operations, handle repairs intake, and assist with POS transactions. You will ensure quality, accuracy, and timely communication with customers while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must have jewelry experience or strong customer-service background.
• Preferred certifications JA, DCA and/or GIA in jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair intake and service support for point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist with jewelry restoration, repairs, and service intake tracking.
• Process credit, layaway, and payments and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain high quality and cleanliness of repaired items before pickup.
• Support customer communication and resolve issues promptly.
