Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1 year of customer service experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Experience with warranty handling, RMAs, and CRM systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line support for customers, troubleshoot issues, document service incidents.
• Manage customer accounts through RMAs and warranty processes.
• Process service orders and maintain service records with timely updates.
• Coordinate product shipments and returns with logistics, including Hazmat.
• Enter complaints and service data accurately in Salesforce and internal databases.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and validation teams.
• Support after-hours and emergency 24/7 customer service as needed.
• Develop and document warranty processes and SOPs.
• Generate reports and present service metrics to stakeholders.
• Adhere to federal/state regulations and company policies.
