Job summary

RK Industries seeks a Warranty Superintendent in Denver, CO to lead warranty activities on industrial and commercial construction projects, influencing strategy, labor planning, prefabrication, and quality.

You will mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and craft professionals, coordinating cross-functional teams with internal fabrication and building services resources.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of specialist expertise in commercial or industrial HVAC/R and mechanical construction, service, commissioning or start-up.
• 2+ years in a supervisory, lead, warranty, service, or quality control role.
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders.
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee a wide range of HVAC/R and mechanical warranty activities including investigation, troubleshooting, service, repair, corrective action, documentation and closeout.
• Manage warranty requests from initial customer notification through final resolution.
• Partner with customers, project teams, HVAC/R technicians, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments.
• Track warranty schedules, open items, response times, callbacks, labor, materials, costs, and completion status; elevate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate warranty records, including service reports, photographs, project information, cost records, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure final warranty closeout is completed, including corrective work, required customer instruction, spare parts, cleanup, demobilization, and record archiving.
• Assist in equipment start-up and Owner Training prior to building turnover.

What You Lead

What You Bring

• 10+ years of proven specialist expertise preferably in commercial or industrial HVAC/R and mechanical construction, service, commissioning or start-up
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory, lead, warranty, service, or quality control role preferred
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams
• College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills or equivalent combination and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
