Job summary

RK Industries in Denver, CO is seeking a General Superintendent - Piping to lead field execution on large mechanical and plumbing projects from preconstruction through turnover, shaping strategy, labor planning, productivity, safety and quality.

You will develop Superintendents and craft teams, partner with project management to solve field issues, and leverage in-house fabrication capabilities to maximize performance. 10+ years piping/mechanical construction experience required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive mechanical, piping, or industrial construction experience.
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments.
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams.

Responsibilities

• Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
• Turn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Lead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and high-performing craft teams.
• Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field.
• Leverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and execution.
• Set the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners.

• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams
