Job summary

RK Industries in Cheyenne, WY seeks a General Superintendent - Piping to lead large mechanical and plumbing projects. You will direct field execution from preconstruction to turnover, drive labor planning, scheduling, and productivity, and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and craft teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, or industrial construction experience.
• Plumbing and/or piping experience.
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews and field teams.
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments.
• Track record of developing people and building accountable teams.

Responsibilities

• Own field execution from preconstruction through turnover.
• Turn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subs.
• Lead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and craft teams.
• Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field.
• Leverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and execution.
• Set the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners.

What You Bring
