Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Warranty Superintendent in Denver, CO to lead field and technical warranty activities on industrial and commercial projects. You will guide labor planning, safety, quality, and turnover, while developing Superintendents, Foremen, and craft professionals who will shape the company’s next generation of leaders.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and execution strategy across in-house fabrication and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven specialist expertise in commercial or industrial HVAC/R and mechanical construction, service, commissioning or start-up.
• 2+ years in a supervisory, lead, warranty, service, or quality control role.
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders.
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments.
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams.
• College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee HVAC/R warranty activities from investigation to closeout.
• Manage warranty requests from initial notification through final resolution.
• Partner with customers, project teams, HVAC/R technicians, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments.
• Track warranty schedules, response times, callbacks, labor, materials, costs, and completion status; elevate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate warranty records, including service reports, photographs, project information, cost records, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure final warranty closeout is completed, including corrective work, required customer instruction, spare parts, cleanup, demobilization, and record archiving.
• Assist in equipment start-up and Owner Training prior to building turnover.

What You'll Lead

What You Bring

• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments

• College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills or equivalent combination and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
