Responsibilities include managing material needs, scheduling ETA communications, updating in-house software, and resolving issues with vendors and homeowners. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using POS and inventory systems.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Analyze information to identify factors affecting resolution.
• Evaluate options and establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements.
• Inbound and Outbound phone calls to respond to needs quickly and efficiently.
• Validate material needs with store locations and order if needed.
• Schedule and communicate with parties on ETAs.
• Communications with homeowners to validate information and respond to concerns.
• Continuous updating of in-house software of current standings of events.
• Vendor communications on service requests and debits.
• Complete resolution on issues and communications to all parties of such.
