Job summary

Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. seeks a Warranty & Service Coordinator to serve as the central point for warranty claims, service requests, and post-installation support.

You will collaborate with Service, Project Management, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Parts teams to ensure timely follow-up and effective communication. You will coordinate warranty administration, track costs, support scheduling, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; related experience considered.
• 2-5 years in customer support, service coordination, warranty administration, or related roles.
• Technical background preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and service.

Responsibilities

• Warranty claims administration from initiation to resolution with documentation and updates.
• Coordinate service scheduling, technician availability, travel, and priorities.
• Support project management during installations, startups, and warranty periods.
• Prepare and coordinate service quotations for repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate replacement parts and manage RMAs, replacements, and returns.
• Maintain records in ERP/CRM and report warranty/service metrics.
• Collaborate across Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Sales to resolve issues.
