Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to manage enrollment of machine and attachment warranties.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Caterpillar warranty programs and collaborate withSales Representatives, Service teams, Rental Operations, and customers to ensure accurate enrollments. The role requires highly organized, detail‑oriented professionals who own complex processes, build cross‑department relationships, and deliver reliable warranty

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4+ years of admin, sales support or warranty experience preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills essential.
• Experience in heavy equipment or dealership industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty enrollment for new and used machines, attachments, and rebuilds.
• Ensure timely enrollment of standard and customer-selected warranties.
• Train sales personnel on warranty products and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate warranty enrollment for rental fleet and Caterpillar requirements.
• Prepare warranty docs using DocuSign and related tools.
• Communicate with sales, service, and customers to resolve warranty questions.
• Handle warranty-related invoicing and credits in approved systems.
