Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Rental Coordinator for CAT Rentals in Colorado. The role involves coordinating daily rental transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Courses in computers, business, and office administration preferred.
• 1 year experience in a heavy equipment environment with customer service responsibilities.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Invoices CAT and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos.
• Process AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices.
• Maintain records on all rental equipment.
• Apply taxes to invoices.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Assist with preparation, processing, and distribution of rental, credit, and sales documents.
• Enter lost-sales rental data into the system.
• Use DBS to input reservations and rental contracts.
• Process leases, close invoices, and update shipping screens.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with yard personnel.
• Understand which inventory should be rented.
• Complete rental transactions with customers.
• Assist walk-in customers with availability and options.
• Quote rates and advise on best equipment.
• Assist with invoicing or account information issues.
• Help customers select the right machine for their job.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
