Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Aurora, CO, is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to enroll machine and attachment warranties accurately and efficiently. You will partner with Sales, Service, and Rental teams to ensure compliance with Caterpillar warranty requirements and supporting systems.

The role requires strong organization, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication to serve customers and drive operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of administrative, sales support, warranty administration, or related experience.
• Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer warranty enrollment for new machines, used machines, attachments, and certified rebuild programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate enrollment of all standard, extended, and customer-selected warranty coverage options.
• Deliver training and support to machine sales personnel regarding warranty products, enrollment processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate warranty enrollment for Wagner's rental fleet and ensure compliance with Caterpillar requirements.
• Prepare, distribute, and manage warranty documentation utilizing DocuSign and other electronic workflow tools.
• Communicate directly with sales teams, managers, service personnel, Caterpillar representatives, and customers to resolve warranty-related questions and issues.
• Manage warranty-related invoice payments and credits through CLAIMSi, Corcentric, and other approved systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within warranty and sales administration processes.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
