Job summary

Five Star Chevrolet in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Warranty Cancellation & Reserve Specialist to join our dealership team. The role focuses on processing cancellations, tracking refunds, maintaining records, and supporting F&I and Accounting.

Ideal candidates have automotive dealership experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and customer service skills. Proficiency with CDK or dealership systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership settings preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel skills helpful.
• Strong organization and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty and service contract cancellations.
• Review cancellation requests for accuracy.
• Submit cancellations to providers.
• Track cancellations and refunds from start to finish.
• Follow up on outstanding refunds and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records of cancellations, refunds, and reserve balances.
• Assist with month-end accounting and reserve reconciliation.
• Collaborate with F&I, Accounting, Sales, and Service teams.
• Communicate status to customers professionally.
• Ensure all paperwork meets provider requirements.
