Job summary

Revelyst, based in Stockton, CA, seeks a Warehouse Warranty Administrator to efficiently process returns, inspect and sort merchandise, and prepare items for the next step. This role supports inventory accuracy, product quality, and timely processing of customer returns.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and experience with e-commerce returns. Familiarity with WMS systems and a warehouse environment is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or education.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience processing e-commerce and dealer returns.
• Familiarity with apparel quality-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise into categories such as Restock, Repackaging, Quality inspection, Repair or alteration, Damaged/defective, Vendor return, Disposal.
• Inspect returned items and accessories for condition, defects, damage, stains, wear, or missing components.
• Receive and process returned items according to established warehouse procedures.
• Verify returned merchandise against return documentation, packing slips, or system records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet or exceed accuracy and productivity expectations.
