Job summary

Stinger in Chino, CA is seeking a Returns Associate to support daily processing of customer and product returns at our distribution facility. Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or returns preferred.
• Ability to read part numbers and labels.

Responsibilities

• Process returned products per procedures and guidelines.
• Receive, unload, sort, inspect returns for damage and completeness.
• Document return details and update inventory/warehouse systems.
• Assist with defective inventory processing, labeling, and disposition.
• Assist with inventory transfers between warehouse locations.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate to Inventory & Returns Specialist.
• Maintain organized, clean, safe returns area and dispose properly.
• Assist with quality inspections of returned inventory as needed.
• Pull and distribute products for work orders or other needs.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and per procedures.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental procedures.
• Support warehouse team with receiving, inventory, and distribution as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
