Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments, prevent damage, and process orders efficiently. You will operate forklifts, voice-picking devices, and hand trucks while maintaining strict inventory controls and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include staging items, matching invoices to labels, and assisting other departments as needed. Must be 18+, possess forklift certification, and have 1–2 years of related experience or education;

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or education.
• Forklift certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and instruct others in the operation of material moving equipment inside the warehouse.
• Determine loading/unloading sequence for space, safety, and damage protection.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Receive, stock inbound shipments and unload/load materials.
• Maintain inventory controls and count physical inventory.
• Prepare orders, ensure correct products and quantities for shipment.
• Match invoices to shipping labels.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
