PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC is seeking a Post-Install Customer Care Technician to diagnose and resolve warranty and punch-list issues on installations including roofing, siding, doors, windows and gutters. The role offers top pay with performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting home repair problems, communicating needs to customers, and generating sales leads for exterior improvements. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement or warranty repairs preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work on ladders.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose home repair issues on roofing, siding, doors, windows, and gutters
• Communicate repair needs and opportunities to customers
• Balance customer needs with project profitability
• Generate sales leads for exterior home improvements
• Create and deliver scopes of work and related forms
• Maintain company vehicle and ensure timely maintenance
