Job summary

Toyota’s Warranty Operations Department is seeking a passionate Warranty Analyst based in Plano, TX. The role focuses on managing warranty policies and supporting parity analysts by processing requests and developing AI solutions for repair order reviews.

Reporting to the Warranty Administration Manager, you will help advance the department's digital transformation, ensure policy compliance with state laws, and assist field staff and dealers on warranty topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Desire and drive to advance adoption of AI and other technologies.
• 3+ years of automotive fixed operations experience.
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Great attention to detail.
• 5+ years experience in warranty or fixed operations.
• Experience with AI and/or system development.
• Experience working with Legal.

Responsibilities

• Update, edit and author warranty policies.
• Administer the Warranty Resource Center.
• Process parts and labor parity requests while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop an AI solution for repair order analysis.
• Cross-train to support and provide backup to other functions within the Administration team.
• Other ad-hoc duties as necessary.
