The primary responsibility of this role is to manage warranty policies and support parity analysts by processing requests and developing AI solutions to assist with repair order reviews.
Reporting to the Warranty Administration Manager, the person in this role will support the Warranty Administration Department’s objective to progress the department’s digital transformation, keep warranty policies and procedures current and relevant, ensure deadlines are met in accordance with state laws, and support field staff and dealers relating to warranty topics.
