Responsibilities

• File warranty claims and maintain accurate records.
• Operate word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Maintain warranty take-off area and receivable schedules.
• Ship heavy-duty truck parts to vendors.
• Update customer information in dealer software and databases.
• Liaise with corporate office on receivable issues.
• Answer multi-line telephone and greet customers professionally.
• Accept payments and ensure documentation.
