Lakeland Florida Kenworth is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator for a full-time role at our Lakeland location. The position emphasizes accurate warranty processing, interdepartmental coordination, and strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have an AA in an office field and 3–5 years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities include filing claims, maintaining receivable schedules, and coordinating with the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in an office-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of double-entry accounting principles.
• Strong management, organizational and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and results driven.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; computer skills with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb; dealership environment.

Responsabilités

• Overall responsibility for the branch warranty.
• Fosters effective and timely communication between branch departments.
• Coordinates with supervisor on warranty rejections and processing issues.
• Maintains warranty take-off area and receivable schedules.
• Keep a timely, thorough, and accurate warranty process.
• File warranty claims and manage related paperwork.
• Operate office software and update customer records in dealer systems.
• Provide service counter support as needed and greet customers.
