Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction and warranty management.
• Ability to manage multiple warranty issues from start to finish.
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track warranty requests from receipt through final resolution.
• Coordinate repairs with subcontractors, vendors, and Timberline personnel.
• Schedule homeowner access, inspections, and repair activities.
• Verify repairs before closing warranty requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
