Job summary

Green Brick Partners, Inc. is seeking a Community Warranty Manager to support CB JENI and Normandy Homes Communities. You will coordinate warranty processes, communicate with homeowners, builders and contractors, and ensure timely, quality repairs across multiple sites.

You will oversee warranty ticket activity, hold vendors accountable, manage a budget, and promote the HOME values—Honest, Objective, Mature, Efficient—in daily decisions and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two-year technical degree in construction is acceptable in lieu of a four-year degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a homebuilder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty inspections and home assessments.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and homeowners.
• Schedule appointments and communicate times.
• Verify completion of repairs and ensure quality.
• Manage trades and back-charge accountability.
• Instruct customers on warranty scope and maintenance.
• Manage warranty budget and approve vendor invoices.
• Maintain positive relationships with homeowners and partners.
• Maintain and close warranty tickets for records.
• Follow protocols and documentation processes.
• Exercise independent judgment for significant decisions.
