Job summary

betenbough is seeking a Warranty Intern to deliver world-class customer service to homeowners by handling warranty work orders, documenting calls, and coordinating with trade partners.

You will inspect workmanship, order supplies, maintain schedules, and participate in on-call rotations with minimal travel. This role requires physical ability and a valid driver’s license; experience in project coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic home warranty repair skills or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Mechanical inclination and aptitude for hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned warranty work orders.
• Answer incoming warranty calls with professionalism and proper documentation, and conduct proactive calls.
• Inspect all work for quality and completion within tolerances while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Order necessary supplies and deliveries for work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain work order and trade partner schedules with company systems and technologies.
• Direct trade partner interactions, including problem solving, collaboration and accountability for work needed.
