Job summary

KB Home is seeking a temporary Assistant Customer Service Representative to support warranty processing and homeowner communications in field communities. You will help schedule subcontractors, evaluate work, and ensure warranty claims are completed promptly while maintaining high CSI scores.

The role involves homeowner orientations, post-close visits, and active participation in team meetings to uphold KB Home quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in homebuilding, real estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service Representative with scheduling, evaluating, and resolving warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with completing warranty claims within 7 days and hold subcontractors accountable for workmanship.
• Deliver homeowner orientations and conduct post-close visits at set intervals (10 days, 30 days, 6 months, 11 months, 18 months).
• Conduct quality walks to ensure KB Home standards are met and participate in weekly team meetings.
