Job summary

Melton Design Build is seeking a diligent Warranty Coordinator to help schedule Service Technicians for warranty tasks, HCR projects, and Maintenance clients. This role emphasizes superior client service and supports our goal of delivering lasting results.

You will manage warranty team calendars, communicate schedule changes to field staff and clients, and coordinate warranty activities to maximize client satisfaction and profitability. Some site visits may occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in scheduling and dispatching field employees preferred.
• Experience with residential construction a plus.
• Moderate computer literacy (Word, Excel, Smartsheets, and Outlook).
• Excellent client communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of Warranty Team schedules.
• Communicate assignments and changes to work schedules to field staff, Trade Partners, and clients.
• Coordinate all service and warranty activities to maximize client satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
• Emergency Response: Not on-call; capture information and dispatch during office hours in case of escalation.
• Attend first visits and/or connect with clients at their homes to review issues as needed.
• Warranty account setup and management.
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and Trade Partners on warranty issues/claims.
• Work with Marketing to deliver a consistent message to clients.
