Job summary

Italian Terrazzo & Tile Co. of Brevard, LLC is seeking a Production/Warranty Coordinator in Panama City, FL.

The role focuses on coordinating warranty and repair projects, supporting service technicians and branch teams, and delivering quality customer service to builders and homeowners. Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, maintaining warranty communications, and collaborating with project managers to keep timelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of general office experience.
Proficiency with Oracle, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide high level of customer service to builders, homeowners, subcontractors, and branch team members via phone, email, and in person.
Accountable for resolving customer issues and escalating as needed.
Respond to incoming warranty requests per standard procedures.
Coordinate schedules of parties involved and manage repair jobs.
Maintain documentation of all warranty related communications.
Provide accurate progress reports to Branch Manager and Warranty Manager.
Cross-train team members and ensure department coverage.
Review tracking/scheduling system to ensure timely materials orders.
Print and upload work orders and paperwork to tracking system.
Coordinate material delivery and verify on-hand inventory.
Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and scope.
