We are a busy, growing automotive dealership seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive warranty claims, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time.
• Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation and warranty compliance.
• Track warranty claims, payments, and outstanding submissions.
• Follow up on rejected, unpaid, or adjusted warranty claims.
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure accurate claim processing.
• Maintain organized warranty records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
• Assist with warranty audits and reconciliation of warranty receivables.
