You will interact with customers, technicians, service and parts staff, and managers to maintain claim integrity and efficiency. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential for success in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with six months related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinker with proven time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process warranty claims and ensure submission by the next business day after RO close date.
• Handle and resolve claim corrections and charge-backs.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers' warranty representatives.
• Review warranty repair orders for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
