Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in truck/auto service or parts preferred.
• Warranty service, data entry, journal billing, and payments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, verify, and process warranty claims for reimbursement of services and parts.
• Review repair orders for potential warranty impact.
• Process warranty claims per established procedures; may involve external software.
• Confirm eligibility of service on a Repair Order for warranty coverage.
• Collaborate with vendors on warranty issues and negotiate policy.
