Job summary

Maddox Industrial Transformer in Ohio is seeking a claims investigator to resolve warranty and return requests. You will be the primary contact throughout the process, gathering facts, evaluating documentation, and making fair decisions based on warranty coverage and company policy.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to identify root causes and drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims processing, investigations, dispute resolution or similar roles.
• Excellent written communication skills managing high-volume email traffic.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
