Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of experience in warranty or service.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read documents and interpret service manuals and policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage warranty claims to maximize recovery and minimize expense.
• Collaborate with service, sales, packaging, and data center teams on eligible repairs.
• Process warranty claims, enrollments, and warranty system administration.
• Maintain warranty procedures and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Review findings to validate eligibility and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor claim status, deadlines, and escalate when needed.
• Provide training support on warranty requirements and processes.
• Prepare periodic recovery and aging reports and identify improvements.
