Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and assist in negotiating settlements for credit or replacement of parts.
• Input warranty information into automated procurement, maintenance, and inventory systems.
• Track open claims and recover costs using a computerized system and/or spreadsheet.
• Attend regular meetings with CAMM, Maintenance and Transit Technical Services to report on warranty issues and updates.
