The role requires proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical ability, and detail‑oriented work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
• Process warranty settlements and evaluations.
• Enroll warranty coverage contracts and assign to equipment.
• Create warranty analyses and reports for departments.
• Lead training for mechanics on failure data and service reports.
• Provide warranty information to sales and service teams.
