Job summary

RackUp+Go and Upfitters Wholesale seek a full-time Customer Service and Fulfillment Coordinator in Sioux Falls. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, manage warranty claims end to end, and support warehousing with orders and returns.

The role is high-volume, requiring organization and technical problem-solving for customers across two brands. On-site work with PTO and 401(k) available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems and live phone queue.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable diagnosing technical issues with customers.
• Willingness to learn computer-based warehouse systems; organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat across two brands.
• Own manufacturer warranty claims end to end; file with vendors and track resolution.
• Assist with orders, returns, shipping updates, and product questions.
• Support daily warehouse operations and fulfillments as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Zendesk, Shopify, and NetSuite.
