Job summary

E-ONE is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to monitor defective purchased parts, coordinate with suppliers for warranty credits and RMAs, arrange shipments, and report results to management. The role supports ISO compliance and improves supplier accountability within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include tracking claims, communicating with internal teams, and generating regular warranty reports. Strong data skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration are essential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office applications.
• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment/conditions.
• Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reports.
• Ability to analyze data and present information clearly to management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor defective purchased parts and rework activity for potential supplier warranty recovery.
• Set up and prepare shipments to suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Warranty, Quality, Purchasing, Production, Receiving) to ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Contact suppliers to request warranty authorization, RMA numbers, and credit approval.
• Track warranty claims, RMAs, shipments, and credit status to completion.
• Arrange shipment of defective material to suppliers when required.
• Process and verify supplier credits, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
• This position is in a warehouse floor environment.
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation in accordance with ISO requirements.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on warranty activity, recoveries, trends, and open claims.
• Communicate issues, delays, or risks to management in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve warranty recovery processes and supplier performance.
