Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a warranty analytics specialist to review and process warranty claims, compiling data from repair documentation and diagnostic information. You will support issue identification and analysis, and help prepare dashboards and KPI reports for leadership.

You will collaborate with Service Engineering, dealerships, suppliers and internal teams to improve warranty performance and customer uptime. Hybrid schedule; 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of warranty/analytics experience in lieu of degree.
• Basic understanding of DTNA vehicle components and operation.
• Ability to analyze information within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Resume required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims with supporting documentation.
• Collect and organize claim information for analysis and issue identification.
• Prepare routine reports, dashboards and KPIs to monitor warranty performance.
• Support collaboration with Service Engineering, dealerships, suppliers and internal partners.
