Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Warranty Analyst in a hybrid role, with work locations including Detroit or Portland. You will review warranty claims, gather supporting data, and analyze trends to promote uptime and ease of doing business across 900+ locations.

The position emphasizes data-driven reporting, collaboration with engineering and suppliers, and ongoing process improvements to enhance product quality and service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of warranty/analytics experience in lieu of degree
• Basic understanding of DTNA vehicle components and operation
• Ability to analyze information within standard procedures and meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Review and process warranty claims by examining repair documentation and policy requirements.
• Assist with warranty reviews by gathering claim information, repair data, and technical data.
• Collect and summarize warranty and business data to support reporting and KPI tracking.
• Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor warranty performance and trends.
• Support collaboration with Service Engineering, dealerships, suppliers, and internal partners.
• Utilize BI/reporting tools to maintain data and support basic analysis and decision making.
