Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Warranty Analyst to join the Warranty group. You will review and process warranty claims, gather documentation, and support data-driven decision-making to improve customer uptime and ease of doing business.

Hybrid role with in-office and remote collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent warranty/analytics experience is required, with potential for an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in warranty, service, operations, analytics, customer support, quality, or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims by examining repair documentation and warranty policy requirements.
• Assist with warranty reviews by gathering information and supporting analysis.
• Collect, organize, and summarize warranty data to support reporting and KPI tracking.
• Prepare routine reports and dashboards to monitor warranty performance and trends.
• Collaborate with Service Engineering, dealerships, suppliers, and internal partners to gather information.
