Job summary

Morrie’s Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to manage warranty receivables, post credits, and verify manufacturer criteria. You will follow up on outstanding claims and resubmit rejected claims while staying informed on all warranty policies and changes.

The role requires at least 1 year in the automotive industry and strong customer service skills. We offer competitive benefits and a path toward advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• CDK system experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year in the automotive industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile warranty receivables.
• Post credits.
• Verify the criteria required by the manufacturer under their policies.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and resubmit any claims that have been rejected in a timely manner.
• Stay informed on all manufacturer warranty policies and procedures and be aware of changes.
