Westside Chevrolet / Kia in Katy, TX is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team. We need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn our processes.

Warranty experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and accuracy. You will prepare and submit warranty claims, verify documentation, track and follow up on payments, and maintain detailed records with a collaborative spirit across service advisors and

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and submit automotive warranty claims to manufacturers.
• Verify repair orders and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Track claims, resolve rejected claims, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
• Work with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve warranty issues.
• Ensure claims comply with manufacturer guidelines and deadlines.
• Automotive dealership warranty experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
