Job summary

ParkwayKia South is seeking an organized, customer-focused Service Warranty Administrator to join our founding team at Texas’ newest Kia dealership. You will manage and process warranty claims for Chevrolet vehicles, maintain records, and collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate submissions.

This in-person, full-time role offers opportunities for advancement within a family-owned group that has operated in the Houston area for over 40 years.

Qualifications

• 2 years of vehicle warranty administration experience, preferably in a Chevrolet dealership.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with factory regarding warranty issues.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and approvals.
• Maintains and files repair orders; lists missing documents.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate claim submissions.
• Stay up-to-date on Chevrolet warranty policies and procedures.
• Assist with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the controller.
• Provide clerical assistance to parts and service departments.
