Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to support our service operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role ensures accurate claim processing, compliance, and timely reimbursement from manufacturers.

You will oversee warranty claims across multiple OEM brands, stay current on policies, and maintain audit-ready documentation. The position offers growth within a Top 10 automotive group and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive warranty administration experience.
• CDK experience strongly preferred.
• Multi-brand experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards
• Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review new recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins as released
• Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding your warranty expertise
• Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections
• Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting
• Support service and body shop warranty workflows
• Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation
