Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to support our service operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role ensures accurate claim processing, compliance, and timely manufacturer reimbursement across multiple OEM brands.

You will stay current on warranty policies, review recalls and bulletins, and maintain audit-ready documentation while collaborating with service teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive warranty administration experience.
• CDK experience strongly preferred.
• Multi-brand experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards.
• Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review recalls, TSBs, and bulletins.
• Work across multiple OEM brands to expand warranty expertise.
• Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections.
• Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting.
• Support service and body shop warranty workflows.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation.
