Candidate should have proven automotive warranty administration experience, strong communication skills, and be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards
• Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins
• Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding warranty expertise
• Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections
• Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting
• Support service and body shop warranty workflows
• Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation
