Qualifications

• Experience with GM dealer warranty administration and warranty processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timely.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty transactions and communications.
• Communicate with service technicians, customers, after market warranty providers and Cadillac regarding warranty issues.
• Review and verify warranty coverage details to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure all requirements for warranty reimbursement prior to submittal have been met.
• Ensure all service RO's are accounted for and filed.

Job description

Our Warranty Administrator has been promoted which leaves the right canidate a great opportunity to Join the growing Crestview Cadillac service team as our new Warranty administrator. In this role, you will manage warranty claims, ensuring manufacturer compliance, state compliance, accurate documentation, and coordinating with service personnel to streamline warranty processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and timely
• Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty transactions and communications
• Communicate with service technicians, customers, after market warranty providers and Cadillac regarding warranty issues
• Review and verify warranty coverage details to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure all requirements for warranty reimbursement prior to submittal have been met
• Ensure all service RO's are accounted for and filed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or administration is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning warranty management software
• Proficient with GM Global
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience as a GM dealership warranty administrator required.
